Our client was struck by a semi-truck whose driver had run a red light. Following the collision, our client was intubated and placed on a ventilator for several weeks. When they regained consciousness, it was discovered that they had suffered from a permanent TBI and paralysis requiring admission to a long-term skilled nursing facility.
