Our client was a passenger in a wreck where their vehicle was hit by a driver who ran a red light. The police report put the driver of the vehicle our client was in at fault. Our client suffered severe injuries to their neck which ultimately culminated in a referral for a three-level cervical spine disc replacement surgery.
