Liability driver turned left into our client who was on a motorcycle, striking him with such force it caused our client to leave the street, slide down the sidewalk, and through a patch of shrubbery. He was rushed to the emergency room. Our client suffered from several fractures to his left foot and a left ankle non-displaced fracture, along with several lacerations and bruises.
