Our client was involved in a collision while turning left at a T-junction on a rural Kansas road. While making the turn, another vehicle attempted to pass our client and sideswiped his vehicle. Our client received conservative medical treatment. Prior to filing suit, the insurance company denied his claim in total. After filing suit, the case was settled leaving our client with his medical bills paid and money in his pocket.
