While watching fireworks our client was struck in the eye by a firework that was not properly handled. The firework should have been on a completely level, smooth surface as the package indicated; however, the negligent party launched the firework from an uneven surface which caused it to tip over. Mr. Geren worked extensively to recover for the injuries, future medical treatment, and pain, physical limitation, and suffering.
