After taking evasive action to avoid a collision our client struck another car due to her avoiding the first accident. She did not go by ambulance or to the emergency room until the next day. She followed up with Chiropractor and had some physical therapy. After pushing the insurance company from a low first offer, we were able to settle her claim for what was fair and reasonable.
