This was a tragic situation where our client was riding as a passenger with a driver who did not have insurance and on a motorcycle that did not have insurance. Our client had burns all over her body from the oil pan cracking and spraying hot fluids all over her. Unfortunately there was only her policy for uninsured motorist coverage to help her begin the healing process.
