Our client was rear-ended at approximately 45 mph by a negligent driver. He underwent conservative treatment (including physical therapy and injections) for five months before undergoing a shoulder arthroscopy surgery. Over the next nine months he received conservative treatment for his neck pain. Ultimately, it was determined that he required neck surgery. Our client’s insurance company did not believe the neck surgery was related and only offered approximately $36,000. Mr. Geren fought hard and obtained all the policy limits available after our client’s insurance company said they would never pay their policy limits.
