In this case our client was rear-ended and received injuries. The damage to our client’s vehicle was minor and the insurance company argued that he could not have received extensive injuries. Mr. Geren was able to obtain reports from our client’s surgeon to support the various surgical procedures our client had to endure as a result of the motor vehicle collision. Eventually, Mr. Geren was able to obtain a settlement which included medical expenses to-date, pain, physical limitations, suffering, and future medical expenses.
