Our client was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with another vehicle at an uncontrolled intersection. Our client suffered a traumatic brain injury which required emergency surgery. He was admitted to the hospital for seven days and required extensive rehab therapy. Both insurance companies in play assigned fault to each other and refused to initially offer anything, despite the significant injury to our client. Mr. Geren did not give up on our client despite the insurance companies strong opinion that their driver was not at fault. Eventually, Mr. Geren was successful in recovering the policy limits from both insurance companies and further worked to reduce the extremely high medical bills.
