While traveling on the highway, our client encountered a sudden stop in traffic ahead, prompting vehicles to decelerate rapidly. Although the client was able to slow down in time, they were rear-ended by the defendant, who was traveling at highway speeds. The force of the collision pushed the client’s vehicle into the one in front, resulting in a double impact.
