We represented a single parent of two young children who was involved in a rear-end collision by an uninsured motorist, causing significant injury to their spine. As a result of the injury, they were unable to perform at their job and was eventually released. They also lost valuable time raising and participating in their young children’s lives. We were able to get their case resolved, resulting in the insurance company accepting an offer for the full policy limit of their uninsured motorist coverage
